| An employee was preparing to repaint the indoor pool. The pool had been drained and a scaffold was erected inside of the pool. The employee leaned over the railing to drop a broom down to another employee working below when the midrail on the scaffold failed causing the employee to fall 12 feet before striking cross bracing and then fall another three feet to the bottom of the pool.
